The Diary Of Anne Frank

This move was amazing it showed alot of details to the front of the building to the secret annex i love learning about anne Frank and this movie was perfect. I can not wait to get the book.

A moving piece of History that should never be forgotten
First, This movie is of the olden style, that is, it is a movie that starts with music over black. The primary credits are at the beginning of the visual movie. The music is simple yet so connected with the story.

The girls in this film are very attractive, putting the girls of today, well that's a different topic.

The idea of a girl coming of age in a time and place like that only to suffer the hates of the age is hard, but the story itself is powerful. Mind you, there is no significat action sequence and it has got to be one of the hardest thing to achieve with a single room being where all the acting takes place. And never seeing anything but the bearest of the horrors going on... but that is what keeps the attention in place.

Well worth watching, and well worth adding to one's library... everyone should see this at least once in a while... I wonder what the updated version will be like...

My favorite movie of all time
The Diary of Anne Frank (1959), is my favorite movie of all time. The movie is sad, but I am not giving out the ending. There is also a lot of good parts, but I do not want to give out too much. As for the music, it is very emotional.
