Thunder in the East

An okay film.
As usual, there was only one reason I bought this film and it was for the performance of the lovely Deborah Kerr. The story wasn't very plausible, however, it was a pretty watchable film. Alan Ladd was good and Deborah Kerr was able, in the subtlest sense, infuse her brand of sensuality in the role towards the end. She was always so good at that. The ending was badass and satisfying. All in all, this is a film that I will watch again.

I have to add that the downloadable version of this film was very good. Some of the older films don't translate well digitally in that they are really grainy or out of sync. This one was just fine.
